Acceptance

By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Subscriptions and billing

Subscription plans bill on the cycle indicated when you sign up (weekly or biweekly). You will be charged the day before each scheduled delivery. You may skip a delivery with at least three (3) days notice — skipped weeks are not charged. You may change tiers or cancel at any time; changes take effect on the next billing cycle.

Deliveries

Deliveries are made to the address on file. If no one is home, we leave the bag in a safe spot per your delivery instructions. We do not refund items lost after delivery unless we caused the loss.

Substitutions

We aim to fulfill every customizable preference, but availability varies with the harvest. When a requested item is unavailable, we substitute with an equivalent-value item per your preferences. You can view what's in your upcoming bag from your account.

Refunds

If you receive damaged or unsatisfactory produce, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll credit or replace the item.

Loyalty points

Points are earned on completed deliveries and shop orders. Points have no cash value and may be redeemed only on this platform. We may adjust point earning rates with notice.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms; the updated version will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
